真空絕熱板（Vacuum Insulation Panel,簡稱VIP）是真空保護表層內填充芯材，抽真空後再熱封而成的一種板材。由於它有效地避免空氣對流傳熱，因此導熱系數大幅度降低，小於0.004w/m‧k，僅為目前最常用保溫材料──聚氨酯硬質泡綿的1/4～1/6，是世界上最先進的高效保溫材料。
VIP是主要由三個部分組成，如右圖所示︰芯部的隔熱材料（Insulating material）、氣體吸附材料（Getter）和封閉的隔氣薄膜（Barrier）。
